My work at Google and Meta was driven by a fascination with how people think and behave, and by how much the systems producing insights determine their quality and accuracy. Over 7 years, that meant going deeper than most UX researchers do: redesigning data architectures to scale a research program, building modular codebases to produce org-wide metrics, and developing a multi-stage AI pipeline to transform unstructured data into structured outputs.

My background in cognitive science comes from a fascination with how people think and behave. I interrogate the systems that produce insights because they determine quality and accuracy.
