Analytics Engineer, Behavioral Data
About Me
The work I pursued at Google and Meta over 7 years was closer to data engineering and analytics than to traditional UX research: redesigning data architectures to scale a research program, building modular codebases to produce org-wide metrics, and developing a multi-stage AI pipeline to transform unstructured data into structured outputs.
My background in cognitive science comes from a fascination with how people think and behave. I interrogate the systems that produce insights because they determine quality and accuracy.
Selected Work
CHaiN
The end of the research-to-insights pipeline is a high lift stage. I built a tool that encodes my qualitative UX research experience to handle analysis and reporting at scale.
ML Platform Benchmarking at Google
ML teams at Google had no baseline for platform effectiveness. I built a survey instrument and analysis pipeline that produced one.
Redesigning an Unmoderated Testing Program at YouTube
My team's unmoderated testing program had outgrown its own infrastructure. I redesigned the workflow and data architecture.
Prioritizing Audio Needs for Smart Glasses
The team needed a principled basis for prioritizing which audio experiences to design for. I built a survey that turned rich qualitative data into a ranked list of outcomes.
